Terms & Conditions – Bobby Maternity Online Services
1. Definitions

Bobby Maternity: the company Bobby Maternity, based in Amsterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 83050035.

Client: any individual purchasing an online service or product.

Services: e-consults and e-courses offered via the Bobby Maternity website.

Agreement: the arrangement between Bobby Maternity and the client regarding a service or product.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to all online services and products offered on the Bobby Maternity website.
3. Offer and Agreement
All offers on the website are non-binding.
An agreement is concluded when a client places an order and receives email confirmation from Bobby Maternity.
4. Services
E-consults: conducted online via Zoom.
E-courses: provided digitally.
Access is personal and may not be shared with others.
5. Cancellation and Changes
E-consults can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations will be charged in full.
Access to e-courses starts immediately after payment, unless otherwise stated.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Clients have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period for digital products.
By purchasing an e-course, clients agree that the withdrawal right expires once access is granted and materials are available.
7. Payment
Payment is made using the methods provided on the website.
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
8. Liability
All information, advice, and materials are provided with care and based on professional expertise.
Services do not replace medical consultation with a doctor or midwife.
Bobby Maternity is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of information, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including texts, videos, images, and course materials, remains the property of Bobby Maternity. Unauthorized use, distribution, or copying is prohibited.
10. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted by email to info@bobbymaternity.com. A response will be provided within 14 days.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
